Sorry, I wasn't very clear about that. There are lords, but their only in the castles/towns, and not wondering around is what!

Hey Jarvy! I don't know if it's just me, but I never see any lords (Vassals) on the map. So there's only really siege battles or either I have to fight about 10 Orcs which isn't very challenging.
