Half the time when I launch the game I get stuck in the menu and chapters wont load and no workshop items load ether.

do the lights inside also cast real time shadows like the CSM sunlight?

This looks really good for source 1 standards. This is the first time i've seen half life alyx's art style look good in source 1. I will Eagerly await the release of this project. This has a lot of potential.

Headcrabs do not appear on zombies heads unless I am really close to them.

some of the npc's are invisible for me idk why only some of them are.

I would not recommend switching engines in the middle of development almost every source mod that has done that has usually died off as a result of it.

anyone else having a "not enough memory" error when extracting the mod files. i have 300gigs of freespace on each drive btw so thats not the issue.

since the build was taken down idk if this would work but if you are spawning without the suit then just type give item_suit in console.
