No the Covenant do not have a titan in this release, instead is is a capital ship, one of the three variants of CAS-class that the leaders get.

Hey thanks for the input, we really appreciate it. The current concept for the brutes include both reskinned and modified covenant ships as well as unique ships. These would all have modified or entirely new loadouts based on the brutes strengths.

That said we are still a ways off of a brute faction.(UNSC/COV Leaders and then Sentinels are the focus rn) But we believe we have a general idea that will do them justice.

Yes there's a Sentinel faction planned however the base faction would be implemented before any leaders. This also allows us to naturally decide what aspects of the faction would be best to expand into sub factions.

Hey! Technically we do not have any real control of the AI in what it does, we can only incentivize it with resources and such to hopefully do what we want. In that respect the Sins AI really like Titans and will always rush to get one, we've done steps to counter this but it does anyways. It really depends on what map you play, what difficulty and what factions are involved but generally the AI doesn't have too powerful of a fleet in that time.

Unfortunately due to the way sins AI works and the current balance we cannot. In internal testing the AI would rush for the research and exclusively build Stridents, the strength of shielded UNSC ships basically makes all other ships obsolete. This is the same reason why the Autumn was removed. Though they will return in the Post War version of the mod.

Hero ships are actually planned though they will not be a specifically build-able type of unit.

Hey! Homefront may seem like it's dead at times but in fact it is far from it. The lead developer Zero has been working on and off however he also works on several other Halo projects that require his attention as well. We at SotP try to assist by donating assets to the project and personally I encourage the use of any of my own. tldr: Just like SotP hasnt released in a bit things like these take time, Homefront will release again but patience is key.

Hey, technically the battleship is in the mod however its canon appearance does not transfer to 3D well at all, ends up looking like an awkward balloon animal. Our rendition of it is actually the OSS-class Battlecarrier

Nope, there was already a Halo mod for EaW called Covenant at War.

There used to be a shield refit ability, but it made the UNSC immensely OP and basically made late game play as the Covenant impossible. As well shielded ships were far superior to any normal ship making them obsolete. Thats why in ver 0.56 everyone just built Autumns and Punics and rolled over everyone else.

You're right there Infinity could most likely kill a CSO with alpha strike damage most times in a 1v1 battle. We also know its likely there would be more than 2. The real issue in the mod is with pathing, since the ship is so long and wide that other ships literally have to find a way around it which can be used to sway engagements. As well it would be hard to portray it properly in the mod as is without it being gamebreaking without an entire rebalance or otherwise a poor portrayal.

Is the particle misaligned or are your talking about the colors? If the latter it is a design choice for tertiary thrusters.

Theres actually several different trade ships and cargo ships in use in the lore from both the UNSC and private contractors, check out the Laden for one example.

Sins had an update that broke the main menu, either revert to the previous version of Sins on steam or press enter when you get to the main menu. There should be a patch out for the issue soon.

An update to SoaSE broke the menu temporarily, you can press enter to go into singleplayer or tab then enter to go into multiplayer or you can revert your sins to the previous version so that the menus will work properly.

There are abilities and strategies in the mod that allow you to counter these, though its recommended to play on lower difficulties until you get the hang of playing each faction. If you want any tips or strategies you should join our discord and see the strategies channel

The Autumn-class will appear in the post war version of the mod after 1.0 along with stridents and other possible post war ships. It was previously in the mod and it was hilariously broken, people loved that version of the mod because the UNSC were unstoppable but it broke the feel and flow of the game. Playing on lower difficulties is always recommended until you hone your skills, the mod is notoriously difficult and unless you know how the micro and strategies affect the game you most likely will lose a lot until you pick them up. The Infinity is a single target ship, it can deal massive damage to single targets while assisting with other ships in the fleet, however it is killable if it is focused or simply spammed, an OAS and several CAS along with their fleet are enough to kill any UNSC fleet unless you approach it very tactically. If you want some tips or strategies you can join our discord and join the discussion in our strategies channel.
