I do not really see how people can rate this 10 or even a 9. However, it wasn't bad and for a mod it is really impressive. But minor issues kept me from enjoying this to it's potential. The voice acting plus the cut scenes wasn't that good, and the gameplay was very bland (like any other HL / HL2-mod). And the god damn backtracking! I really wanted to like this mod, but the backtracking made it very frustrating. Another important aspect about any horror mod/game is that i should be scary. Which this isn't. AoM on the other hand, that was a really scary mod!

Overall it's a good mod. But the bad outweighs the good, which is very sad. I did experience something similar when NH2 released. I was way to eager to play it and had way to high hopes, and it let me down.

One last thing; the mod does seem to drag a bit. I feel it's to long and the gameplay becomes very repetitive. The shorter mod, the better. That was one of NH2's strengths.
