Hi, that is where the game "ends" in the current alpha. Right now I'm working on adding more missions.
For the next upload I'll be sure to add a "That's all for now folks" message for when you reach the end of the currently implemented missions.

0/30 is consumption/production and 100% is the current oxygen levels.
So once you have 31/30 people on board, that 100% will start dropping and once it reaches a certain level people will start getting sick.
I'm using Actionscript 3.0 and Adobe Air. Due to some increased work pressure I haven't had time or energy to work on it for a while now, but I expect to resume work this fall.
Thanks, I'm currently working on getting the pawns to go to work and refill their needs, but it's a big chunk that has a lot of interaction with other game systems. Once I have that done though I'll upload it and will do a news post.
Sorry, there are no current plans to support mac. Maybe once there is a playable version with most planned features, and after steam integration I can consider it. (also it would need to have made me enough money so that I'm able to buy a mac)
