As for the map level issue, I literally just played through the entire first level as the dwarf and it progressed after reading the book as expected to the world map with choices for the next level - Fortress or Mines. So I'm sorry to say I'm not sure what the issue is.
Do you have any other mods installed? I'm assuming you've also rolled back to v109?

You should be able to drag the BIN files containing the individual Reshade level settings from BOD reforged part 1a into your BOD installation BIN folder again. This should hopefully reset the issue. Also remember to follow the Reforged install guide for additional Reshade information.

You can check from the manage widget in Steam via the games landing page. It will list build id under the updates tab, otherwise just look for rollback next to BOD in your games list.

Sorry I'm not sure why you're having issues with your save games.
As for the game play/hud changes, these are intentional, so please refer to the optional files on moddb to reinstate the hud and gameplay mechanics.
Lastly, try the reshade, it was designed to be used with these textures - it's subtle yet effective.

What version are you running? I can load and save just fine. Do you have any saved games? Check your save file in your BOD directory.

What version are you running? You need to be on the previous build due to the "HD" update breaking mods. I haven't tested on the GOG version either lately but it had worked previously. Usually that weird texture effect means the texture hasn't been installed correctly, so try installing it again but I really think it's the latest update impacting this.

The following files contain new character skins -

2k upscaled Amzskin1
Character Hybrid skins 2k
Character original 2k skins

However, if it's just the skins that come with the mod that you're interested in, then BOD REFORGED PART 1b is the file you need.

Fair enough, just after playing crysis for so long you know where every enemy is lurking...dynamic spawns in addition to the scripted map ai would really give the campaign a entirely new feel. Anyway it's looking great, especially the new detailed article...keep up the good work mate. cheers

Hey mate, the stamina is designed that way in my mod, so if you don't want to use it then you need to revert back to original stamina. So you have to edit the Basic_FuncsOG ( remove the OG from the file so it will overwrite the modded file ) files in your Blade of darkness - LIB folder. You might need to start a new game for it to work too. Lastly download the original hud file from the files tab to restore your hud. I removed most of the elements in my custom hud, it's not bugged. Also make sure you're playing on version v109 on steam.

No probs, I was hoping the devs would have addressed the latest patch by now and fixed the obvious issues especially considering it broke mods and the feedback was less than positive. But it doesn't look like it's happening anytime soon so I'll update the summary.

Hey mate, are you playing on the latest Steam update or the previous rolled back version? I have only tested on the previous rolled back version due to the new update breaking mods so I'd suggest rolling back. Anyway just tested again, and the first armor set works fine in the tower on the rolled back version. Lastly, if you have any other texture mods installed, they may also contribute to messed up textures, so i'd suggest removing them. Also, if you want to double check the knight files, navigate to the 3DCHARS folder in your BOD files and search for KTG files, you should have 9 for the knight -it's usually 8 files but my mod adds one extra file due to how the first knight texture is applied. Ahh right, yeah his face is closer to the original yellow texture. Didn't really notice it when playing!

Check out Sryml's mmp_converter framework. This with a bulk rename utility should make the job easier. Having said that, reducing already upscaled images will lead to poorer image quality on top of the reduced resolution/size. cheers

Thanks mate, are you running on a SSD? My load times are still pretty good considering the age of my build ( i7 7700k, 1080 ti SSD ). As for the texture size, I doubt I will reduce them as anything at 1024 and below just didn't look good enough. But I'm happy for anyone else to do it, it's time consuming but not difficult. Cheers

Sorry for your hard time getting this to work but I just performed some testing and my game works fine with MagicHDR on. I'm using Reshade 5.42 on latest steam release.There was a load screen issue with 5.52 so maybe try 5.42. Cheers

Hi, Please download and follow the instructions from the files tab here. But basically it's installing all parts 1a -3b then installing Reshade ( 5.42 seems to work best )followed by some in game tweaks. The optional files are for hybrid character skins, original HUD and original health/stamina settings. There's also a HUD update file and lava fix update file. Anyway let me know if you have any issues.

Hi all, unfortunately the latest Reshade 5.52 has a bug that hangs on load screens. Try using Reshade build 5.42 instead, or alternatively close Reshade with \ key when loading levels. I hope that helps.

Thanks for your feedback, but I thought they were actually pretty good. Also if you want help, be nice, nothing worse than sounding like an eight year old complaining about a free mod.
