Make a change to any of the settings in game and click the ok or apply button, this should generate some new folders within the unpacked game named '_appdata_'. Open that and then user.ltx with any text editor and search for 'cam inert'. Change the 0.whatever ( i forgot the original value ) to just 0 and this removes headbobbing.

Save the changes made and this should fix the issue.

As for point #2, check around the room for a med box, you'll find some pills in it. Facing the door out ( its locked ), wait for a soldier to be patrolling to your right, then use the painkiller meds and talk to him. Tell him you're sick, etc.

Edit : I mean after they've captured me. There's an 'Escape' task, if I stand there, I just get murdered after a short time. Thanks for the reply though, maybe its a bug.

Thanks for releasing this, looks to be a good mod. Any hints on how to get past the first bit? I got away from the compound, but keep getting lasered by i'll guess a sniper.

Right, thanks for the help. Seemed indeed to be the AMK textures pack there, that odd bit is totally gone now and the game is back to its modded, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.-y goodness.

As for trouble, there wasn't any. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and mods go hand in hand, and there's issues sometimes. I keep coming back to these games for this reason : the mods and the community for them.

Thank you again for the compilation, and to your testers. I know how that can go from helping out with mods in development.

DX11 renderer, AA set to 8x, AF set to 10x, everything else without any kind of issue from the previous 1.1 pack. I've an older system ( i5 @ 3.5 Ghz and gtx970 ) but its not the issue here. Mod played fine as I screened until 1.2 got applied. Guess I'll try uninstalling the game, repatching it, same with the mod.

Far as the addons go, medicine mod, AKM ballistics, New Sound Effects, All the visuals except the HUD no minimap.

Not sure what else to try here, 1.1 didn't give me any issue though.

Great mod, wanted to say this first.

I've encountered a graphical problem though with the 1.2 update, even after applying the hotfix. Tried re-extracting the archive ( 1.1 ), setting up all the options again, deleting the shadercache, user.ltx and making it essentially a clean install of 1.0006 again. That plays flawlessly :

But when playing with 1.2 applied, and its hotfix, my game now looks.. well, distorted :

If I delete the mod, re-extract and patch 1.1, its again fine. I'm unsure what is causing this for me, but it has to be something with 1.2.

Any ideas? I'll play 1.1 for now.

Run into an odd issue on my end. After deleting the default user.ltx file for the game to generate its own after in-game settings are changed, applied and such, then exiting, nothing generates.

I've checked the usual spot in C:\Users\Public\Documents\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Call of Pripyat but there's nothing, so changes I make for resolution and the like never get saved.

Any help? Thanks in advance, probably missing something.

I've got used to it after about an hour of gameplay, so its now standard to me. As the author of this compilation its your choice, but I'd say keep it. Helps the mod collection stay a little more unique and challenging in my opinion.

Can't just load up on artefacts and a crapload of ammo now, all at once. No super OP stuff; health, anti-bleed and anti-rad constantly from artes. Need to make more decisions and plan ahead.

I've had a few instances of adding ammo to the belt, and it was only a few rounds. Dragged it off, double-clicked instead, and got a full box. Its almost as if when you reload, you're only using some ammo from one, before switching to another. Have noticed this in all the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games myself though when moving ammo from inventory to a stash or vice versa.

Not sure why it happens, but I'd suggest keep trying. You'll get full boxes eventually. The screen I shared a few days ago shows as such. Also, thanks for the detector info.

I've noticed that same thing, too. If I have a stack of ammo on the belt that isn't full ( say.. 56 of 60 ) for that 5.45x39, it'll auto stack and get taken off. I've no solution for that, and while its annoying doesn't detract from the mod. That image was saved after handing in the commandant's PDA. Have you found any tier two detectors ( like the Bear one ) in a stash or at a trader yet? Am curious since I've only been to the starter maps, plus Darkscape.

This mod uses an 'ammo slot' system now. You need a free slot to be able to add the ammo into. ( Right click a stack and select 'add to belt', or drag it over ). They share the same slots as artefacts do, so if you want to be able to carry more ammo readily available to reload weapons with, you have to buy more slots. More steps, and its harder until more slots are bought, but you'll get used to it.

Was able to get to the Cordon now, thank you for that. Upon assaulting the military at the grain elevator, and getting killed, I reloaded my last save, and got this crash. Have made sure I applied all three ( 0, 1 and 2 ) patches, and even started a new game after doing so.

Right, fixed that by reinstalling and using the desktop shortcut. I now crash every time when getting even remotely close to the southern farmstead on the swamps map. I can try starting a new game.. but with no way for me to check a log, I doubt it'll help.

No idea why both the mod's 'crash_log' folder, and default C:\Users\Public\Documents\STALKER-STCS\logs folder don't have any crashdump log file. Has only ever been an issue with this particular mod. Tried both a guide, and walking to that location both, even lowering object detail, and the slider for terrain, too. Not working.

Any other place I can try looking for a clear sky crash log? Have Windows 7.

EDIT : Found where crashlogs are being stored ( C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\XRay Engine\reports )
