As regards to FRAPS, I don't currently use it. I use Action! However, I did record in the past, and I didn't have any issues. Can you tell me about your specs? Have you tried activating/de-activating Vsync?
about number 2), there's a bug in the current release of SFML, where you have to click on the screen border AGAIN to regain focus on the window. (Alt-tabbing should do the trick as well.)

Extra music is coming with the 1.1.0 update, as well as level highscores and total highscores. We are having a competition right now ( Indiedb.com ) to see who has the most points. It ends this Friday 13th.
Background and better animations are ideas I thought about, but I delayed them until I have something cool. The stopwatch timer was something that didn't cross my mind, and it's actually a really good idea, and it doesn't seem too hard to do it.

Thanks a lot! I am going to take notes of both your likes and dislikes. I was planning on adding more variety to the game, in terms of music/sounds as well as gameplay variety. From what I gathered, I could also make some harder levels for the more experienced players. I will see what I can include in the next update.

Plataforma was indeed inspired by Mario. I was also taking notes from Megaman/Rockman and Little Big Planet.
Plataforma is smaller than those games as they were made by big studios. However, I give you the opportunity to become a part of the game (and thus, making it bigger) by creating characters and levels!
