It's a damage effect. As the ship takes damage plasma starts to vent. At least I think that's how it's going to work.

I bought this yesterday when it came out and I have to say it is probably one of the best games I've played all year. The music is great, the levels are great and the game-play and feel of it is great.

Loving the fact that weapons stick into surfaces though I can see it could get a little annoying (or hilarious) in the middle of a fight when you end up sticking your sword half way up a tree.

I think 4 is my favorite though it would be cool if you could enter it from four sides not just two.

I start new maps pretty often. The problem is I'm motivated as long as I stay active with it so a few bad days at school or a ton of homework and I end up grinding to a halt. Sadly this happens with everything else as well as maps including reading books and stuff like learning the guitar.

It could still be the computer. It doesn't matter if you have the greatest pc in the world, sometimes having certain software installed or having a certain program running can cause problems. It could be any number of things that have nothing to do with the actual specifications of the computer but with whats installed/running on it. So it may be that YOUR computer is crashing because some software that YOU installed/are running is interfering with THEIR software or that YOU may have installed it slightly wrong.

Also they didn't know that you custom built your computer so there's no point getting mad at them for it. Not everyone knows lots about computers and those that don't often cover it up by saying it's the softwares fault.

I forgot how awesome valve was and for my sins they reminded me.

I though parkour was the act of getting from point A to point B as fast as possible while on foot whereas free-running is more about just getting around and looking cool. You could see it as parkour being the bike and free-running being a skateboard. Although both can be used for getting around the bike is better suited for it. Likewise both can look cool but the skateboard is better suited for it.

Looks awesome but the pose looks a little unnatural. Still pretty sweet though.

I didn't mean any offense I just felt that it didn't seem to reach the same high quality as your other stuff does. I'm sure it will be great when its finished but for now It just didn't seem very 'paths of the dead'ey. It all seemed too much like a maze to me. Also the scaling seemed a bit out.

I don't quite know what it is but for some reason this didn't seem quite as good as your other work. It looked OK it just didn't seem very special if you know what I mean.

This should be good. May give me a reason to reinstall doom 3. Good luck guys.
