We are both using DSL. I didn't try to deactivate firewall but should it really matter? In France we have DSL box so we are all NATed behind the the box. That's why I asked if we have to forward a specific port? Are we directly connected during multiplayer game? or is there a server hosting the game?

Since we are behind a NAT we won't be able to join each other unless we forward some specific port.

I posted it yesterday but we still have an issue with coop
With my friend we can't join each other.
I create the game, select lvl 1-4, 4 player, New Game and I wait in the lobby
My friend can see my game but if he click on connect he cannot join.

I have the same issue if he create the game

Today he was able to join another game, created by someone else, so it seems that the issue is between us.

Do we have to open some ports? what can be the issue?
We want to play together. We can't play now :(

Can we have some support by mail? it is hard to follow the discussion here
