There is a bug where northmen clansmen ask you for 4000 to join you. While they take only 100 or 65.
You should also add 2 more female skins and haircuts for them and add EARRINGS.SO IF YOU ADD a skin for the males where your face would be completely burned and another one similar to that of roose Bolton in the series.

you should a mission you name it (king beyond the wall) where you start a rebellion against manyce, and should convince his lords to join you, you start it by speaking to one of the tribe leaders.(at least its more better than just starting a normal rebellion)
And for staring a normal rebellion in any kingdom you should speak to one lord about what are you planning, then keep speaking to other lords (some lords may betray you if they have bad relations with you) the rebellion will start by speaking to your master of the war
Its king of stupidity that you pass right through the wall. I mean you make this feature similar to what's in ACoK. And if you are a wilding the only way to pass to South of the wall is to occupy it or to pass through the sea using ships. And if you are at war with the north the only way to pass to the north is to conquer Moat cailin.
You can add a feature. Where you can marry the lady of the Vale. Thus you would become the lord of the Vale.
You must add more features to the king of the seven kingdoms (lord varys would be the master of the whispers, baelish would be the master of coin) and you can recruit the kingsguard which consists of 10 companion.

In the red wedding event you should have two choices
Either help the freys or don't
After the red wedding event is finished. and if You helped the freys you receive 10000 stags but will lose honor. And some lords in North will opposes you.
After the red wedding event end. And you helped Jon snow in his mission. With dealing with the mutant night watch. The north under the leader of ramsay Bolton will faces Jon snow forces in the battle of bastards.
Where you will have two choices either help Jon snow. And have any 2 fiefs except winterfell (if you accept to be his vassal) and receive 15000 stags.
Or you will help ramsay and have the same choices.
Jon with 2500 troops (1500 of them are wilding) will face 2000 Boltons.
After Jon snow become the lord of the night watch they will have peace with the wildings. And if you helped Jon he will become the king of the north.
But you will have to choose the storyline path at the begging of the game. And choose to help the north.
Plus you should think of giving the player more money at the begging of the game (1000 stags)
And 1p stark units instead of 2 if you choosed to help the north.

v6.2 its day 287 i am the king of the north and have many bannermen from north and my companion.....1st BUG that when i do feat at my court at winterfell all my vassles came and NEVER GET OUT...i end the feast and try to gather them out side the city as i am the marshall no one came they all stay inisde i ask the, all what are you doing they said: we are reported of enemy outside and stay in walls before conseder the matters of realm..somthing like that all lords say the same imside winterfell and any lord goes into the feast is freeze inside..... even i changed my court to borrowtown and feast NO ONE CAME ???
2nD BUG King geofery left Kingslanding and go to dunkesdale and never left it for 100 day ????

Just wanted to say I am super excited for AWOIAF for Bannerlord, all the hard work is appreciated by far my favorite mod for the Mount and Blade series.
