Will the zoom be an upgrade then instead of the gun already having it?,

Yes, by default in HL you can zoom with... with... lasersight on python...? In Base Defense you could just zoom, without any attachments appearing on model, now you can zoom only if you have a unique upgrade which placing scope on the top of python.
Sounds great, are the upgrades going to be hard to get?
I guess it'll be not so hard, but you'll need to be a bit lucky. Unique waves are challenging, but now they are rewarded well with increased drop amounts of necessary consumables for upgrading.
