SO about 2 pages back I posted that I could not play. Found out the problem and thought I would post here to help anyone else out having the same problem as me. I did not have the direct x 11 drivers on my computer EVEN THOUGH it said I did. All you need to do is download them. I got mine from steam automatically from an update but I am pretty sure you can just manually download the file and you should be good to go. Also if you get a blue screen, readjust your resolution. Hope this will help someone out.

Yeah I keep getting a missing d3dx11_43 which is a problem with directx11 . I dont understand because I already have it. It also says that cryrenderd3d11.dll failed.
