Hm...something about the phrase "international law" seems...off.

Okay, this story is really cool. I always enjoy the finer details of wars.
Kind of irrelevant, since it's not the mod that's the problem, it's the video editing.
No, no...that seems right.
FOR THE EMPEROR!
I really like that description. It helps to give a little more...sense to the existence of the Jach'Eng.
That...makes me happy on so many levels. I keep burning out in my LPs because of the late game grind.
Eh...when you put it that way, they look more like Romulans.
Oh gosh, those quotes...I remember them...
Unfortunately, not all of those are gunships, so it wouldn't fit. ...Though I reckon there has to be a better word than "attacker."
It's a shame about the sub-faction thing. Given that you never know what the future might bring, I do hope you haven't scrapped it entirely (improbable as getting the manpower to complete it might seem).
Number!
This sounds incredible! Great work!
For the record, Good Ol' Games is doing a promo in which they're giving Mount & Blade away for free. Might be a good time to snatch it up to play Conquest (I know I will be): Gog.com
Figured I would just mention that Good Ol' Games currently has a promo offering Mount & Blade for free. Bet it would be worth picking up to play this mod (and Star Wars: Conquest): Gog.com
...This is so going to look like spam, isn't it?
Well...it's not like they ever use the toilet in Star Trek.
Ah, Abridon, a name I have not heard since I was an Imperial General...
No, wait, I heard it last when I was a Rebel General.
Actually, if I recall, the engine doesn't support switching textures like that.
Okay, this shot looks really, really cool.
There's something particularly Star Trek-like about this image.
"Space, the final frontier..."
Ooh, I look forward to playing this.
Hi all, I just wanted to drop this link to my TATW let's play here. Trying to garner a little more attention for it. Thanks for watching!
Wow, he really is. There were only a handful of items there when I first looked a couple of days ago.
I would have posted this on your forum, but signups seem to be closed. I just wanted to mention that I'm doing a Let's Play of the Warband port. I'm seeing some of the bugs mentioned, but it's definitely playable and fun. Hope to see that patch soon!

There's no kill like overkill.
Kind of makes you understand why the Borg liked to send single cubes. Think of all the wasted resources!
It's a shame to hear this. A lot of potential and work wasted it seems. But it is what it is.
Now this is a good news post. It shows some real, solid progress, even if all it does is show that there are some ideas being floated out there. But they're ideas that have a clear objective point. If you can maintain posts like this one and the other news post with the re-skins, each showing a step in the process (that can be believed, that's very important, since a lack of believability is the reason that jalle's reskins (and the comments that were with them) got panned so sharply), the mod can go somewhere. Right now, it's a good [re]start, at least.
Yes, it's a real sign of courage when one can just delete criticism and pretend like it never existed. But my question is, why delete them instead of addressing them directly? And not with a robotic "we're just starting" answer, which doesn't address any issues or legitimate observations, but a solid answer explaining why the previous posts were so...silly and pointless yet presented like some sort of serious work. I mean, that was the problem, not that there were posts, but poor posts. There is a difference.
You see, I don't have any issue with the current news post, it's informative and shows some progress, if only in the planning stages. But by just deleting the critical comments there (including two of my own, which were neither insulting nor rude), you're just demonstrating that you don't care about the face you show to the community.
Your sarcasm detector seems to be on a low setting. I'd bump it up slightly. On a related note, what is with the slew of historical photographs? I mean, those are always cool, but are only remotely related to the mod, at best....
Well, it's definitely a more enjoyable update than the others. It's small, but it shows promise.

I'm just a gamer who blogs and makes let's plays. Nothing special about that, really. I do enjoy a good mod, though.
