With the latest update the mod doesn't work, so just revert your game back to 2.6.3 and use that version. The games now at 2.7.1 so the newest version doesn't work either. 2.6.3 is our only hope until it's updated.

I'm a huge fan of total war and loved third age. I've finally felt the need to upgrade to DaC and am excited to play but when i click a faction and start the campaign i get a crash of "unspecified error" once it starts loading the camp after faction cut-scene. I've checked the virtualstore and its already has done what the tutorial wants me to do. i also have deleted the map.rwm and downloaded the cleaner .bat(doesn't work when i double click just opens notepad text). I'm going to try a clean install but i wanna know if there's something i haven't tried that's not in any of the tutorials or helper texts.
