I really like the new version and the new faction. My only criticism is the current unit icons. They are far too big. If i zoom out during a large battle i can barely make out the units because the icons block the models and the icons are pretty confusing so they don't help me either. One more thing wich im not sure if it is a bug. While i was playing against the new republic the ai used quasarfires as it's main ship type (main ship type=most used ship type in the fleet). Now because it is a carrier they had alot of fighters in every battle. When i fought against large fleets they could easily have 20-40 quasarfires, and their fighters would heavily slow down my game or cause it to crash. Could you somehow program the ai to actually use frigates or cruisers as it's main ship type rather than carriers?
the mod is great and im having fun playing it, but for some reason most of the explosions are white squares for me
are you planning to add the praetor mark 2 class battle cruiser? I love that ship and would love to see it in the mod :)
I found a weird bug while playing the mod. Sometimes when i attack the enemys planet they might have transports in orbit. Some of these transports are really small, smaller than the fighters.
it was the awakening of the rebellion (i think).
Also i forgot to mention it crashes in the load screen when trying to fight on ground in dathomir

I have faced a game breaking bug. On my cardassian dominion alliance game in the hold the line map one of my planets gets attacked By the maquis and the game freezes. The planet the maquis attack has a starbase and large amount of orbital defenses. I have re loaded my game 3 times and started the game and my Computer agein. Every time the maqui's come the game freezes. Two times i was able to destroy the maquis capital ships. The game freezed when the maquis fleets normal ships got in to the range of my defenses and their fleet was being wiped out By my defense. When i tryed it the third time the game freezed before the maquis ships got in to fireing range. There is also one strange thing in the maquis ships. The ships are all cardassian. I don't know if it is intentional or not. My pc isin't the problem because i have been forced to fight battles in that system where there have been over 70 ships fighting. Any ideas what is causing this bug?
when i play as the cardassians my janissary class doesen't have any textures it is just yellow.
well that i knew and it can be done quite easily but it was mainly feed back. It is just simply booring to wait a long time before you can start fighting. I don't know if any one else agrees. it is probaly just me.
The new version is pretty good. skirmish works perfectly and the battles are epic but the galactic qonquest is bad (sorry). The planets you are supoustu capture first have enourmus defenses wich forces you to wait and build large force before attacking wich is booring.The mod crashes alot in galactic qonquest. Also this is a game breaking bug i found. When i look at ilum or ilum comes to my screen the game crashes (In galactic qonquest). The planet is also missing.
when i launch crossfire i get a black screen. I can hear all the sounds and skip the intro. When it reaches the loading screen (i can sometimes see it and sometimes not) it crashes. When i played crossfire first time it worked.

Are you planning to add pentastar aligment to the mod? I loved them in thrawns revenge and i would like to see them in ascendancy.

i was playing as the cis and the republic has the imperial star destroyer (not victory class). I just won my republic galactic qonquest in clone wars map and i could never recruit imperial star destroyers only victory ones. Is it some sort of unit only the ai gets?
suprisingly the crashing has stopped but i might try reinstall but im also going to try replaying the galactic qonquest as the cis and see what happens.
weird thing happened to me while playing galactic qonquest as the cis. I did a commando raid using asajj ventres and 4 commando droid squads. After succesfull raid i moved asajj and the commando droids to orbit and they disapeared. I can't find them any where. Also something else happened i had a ground fight in boz pity wich i was going to lose and i suddendly won the fight. The republic didin't fall back or anything there just suddendly came the text we are victorius and i won. There were even republic units walking in the map and fighting my units when that happened. After these 2 events i started having crashes and boz pity had some weird unit moving glitch wich i don't know how to explain...
i got it to work i didin't notice that there was another sotp file in there only with _ between the numbers.
I have done everything the instruction told me to do and what you would normaly do when installing mods in to sins and i can't get the mod working. I have even tryed to re install rebellion and downloaded the mod twice. I just can't get it to work i have enabled the mod in game done the script overwritet too.
it is amazing what you can do with eaw's engine.
a update to this post. Any new unit i recruit has the same bug i can't move them. And it apears i wrote the orginal post pretty fast and there is lot of mistakes in my writing....
I had enourmus fight in roche asteroids as rebuplic there were 23 lucre hulks and 21 providences ageinst my pride ofn the cire 15 venators and 15 victory class. At the end of the battle the cis warped in 8 hulks in to same spot and those hulks were inside each other. After few mins i could no longer select my units. The game was running wery slowly. I tried re launching the game and my Computer and it didin't help. After the re starting my Computer i could command few cruisers and few fighter squadrons.I won the fight but after the fight i had to build 7 venators and 4 victory class. when those venators were done i tryed to move them but they didin't move. I had some venators build before the fight and i could move them without any problems. And i could also move the fleet i used in the battle. I could also move my defensive fleets, my another smaller attack fleet and my invasion armys. This bug is making my game unpossible to play. And i don't like the idea of losing my progress because i was winning.
