You right click on the Mario Editor folder in downloads
and click extract all. You should get an unzipped folder that lets you run the Mario Editor icon to start the game.

Do you have a folder named levels in your Mario Editor folder?
It should have a file named TUTORIAL.json

Every time I download and re-download Mario Editor ever time I attempt to run Mario Editor it gives me an error message that says that MSVCP100.dll is missing
Please tell me if you know where to find the file MSVCP100.dll
