Have you downloaded v0.5 first?
That's really weird, I haven't had that issue reported since v0.51's release. Does that still happen when you start a new game?
I was thinking of making that possible with mercenary captains that you could hire in taverns, but that's not a priority right now. I'm working on improvements to the custom battle system at the moment.
This bug was fixed with patch 0.5.1.
You should update to the most recent version. If you've still got v0.5, install v0.6 (it includes v0.51) and then apply patch 0.62.
The crashes most likely mean your computer is out of memory. You should definitely reduce the amount of soldiers as well as graphic details (textures in particular). Hope it improves.
This is an issue that comes from your computer - it's probably out of memory. Try reducing the graphic level (especially texture details) to the minimum before starting the game.
You need to download the initial version (v0.5), then v0.6 and finally v0.62
I find it easier to use small patches, since you don't have to download everything again every time.
Yes. Next patch will feature Zendar as well as one castle and 2 or 3 villages, all controlled by a new faction.
Yes.
Zendar is planned for the next patch. There will also be a few new units for some invading factions as well as new mercenaries.
Although you don't get them directly through a quests, kings of initial factions have got a unique and very powerful armor or weapon which will always drop if you defeat them.
There's also a quest that gives you a zweihander if you succeed (it's given by a lady and you must defeat the faction's king in a duel).
Try using loading textures on demand and reducing texture detail to the minimum before launching the game.
That's rather time consuming to do, but I'll try if I have enough time for it. It'll probably only be shown if the new faction is active though (i.e it has a castle or town).
Tick load textures on demand and reduce the graphic quality (especially textures details) before launching the game.
That's strange, it might come from a corrupted download as no one else has got that issue. Try reinstalling the mod.
I'll reduce it, it wasn't supposed to be that high.
There's an option at game start to reduce the amount of parties initially spawned.
This might come from a corrupted download. Are you sure all the missing textures are in your texture folder?
They aren't supposed to be that big, it's really strange as I've never had a bug like this.
You can use morgh's editor and change the party templates.
Highlanders are numerous but not particularly strong, especially compared to most other minor factions. Armies are usually much bigger in this mod than in native.
You can find him in taverns. If you're a lord you can also pay him so that he will set up in your castle.
It adds a lot of items and is quite demanding, so it might not work well on your laptop. If it can run other big mods like ACOK or Perisno fine it should work though, at least with minimal settings.
I've added everything from there, except some items I didn't find good enough.
It probably comes from your computer, you should try reducing your graphic settings.
You can make it faster by reducing texture detail before starting the game.
You could reduce the strength value of all troops.
