You are confusing this mod with "Greatest Mod", that is the one that changes Infierno-Necropolis to pure Necropolis.
There is an update scheduled, also bugfixes, but for some reason the Chaos AI stopped working, so I need to re script them before release.
How to disable the blue screen overlay on bullet time? So many option but couldn't find that one. The blue overlay ruins it for me, its like a flash going up on your face.

I intended too, sadly Norse has too few models, so its harder than Japanese and Aztecs (which also don't have enough models but are closer).

This is not a common issue. Please reinstall Heroes IV complete, GoG version, before adding this mod. It seems you did not install the Winds of War expansion. The mod requires both expansions to run.
8.43 changes:
* Added animated objects that allow to use aesthetically the sea treasures on land: Flotsam (cart), Shipwreck Survivor (survivor table), and Sea Chest (closed pirate chest). Also a "supplies" that is traveler's backpack.

There is a small patch (8.42) uploaded at the same place. If you downloaded 8.41 (you can see in your downloaded file), it is highly recommended to redownload and reinstall.
The patch contains the following changes:

* Object reclassification with recommended objects from Object Pack
* New Aztec head object fix
* New Peasant recruit object fix
* Map Garrison has a defense tower
* Order Citadel tower moved

I don't love it at all since it reduces gameplay variety and the strategy to play to the strengths of each town you conquer...
Also grandmaster nobility is heavily biased towards Order, already an OP town.

It is relatively small because I don't put in lots of new highpoly unoptimized graphics like WOL (high poly hats and pistols, lol), most of the changes are coding (including graphics coding) which is light size.

Chek out The Secret Societies mod, it has most campaign civs and is playable in the campaigns.

All the campaign civs aren't yet fully ready to use in Skirmish (except Ming Treasure Ship, possibly other Asian ones), the rest is for 1.00 you should be able to age normally in campaigns/historical scenarios however according to my tests.

It's been fixed in 0.93 current version, redownload for playing with this change as well as other minor improvements.
This is a known problem with villager AI, when gathering wood from certain trees, yes. It will be fixed by full release and/or earlier in future patches.
