I hear you are looking for an Offline Titan Mode mod have you found it yet? If not I might be able to give you one but its not 100% the same thing as the multiplayer (titans won't move they hang still in the air in this mod).
Just read your comment about Transcend (Freespace 2 mod) I am trying to run it but I am getting a few bugs (no primary weapons, no voice acting). Did you experience this at all?
