I know this is of topic on a fallout 3 mod page but I need people to know that I'm currently making a new mod for tes 4 Oblivion "The City Of Vallian" It's a new world called "vallian" the city of vallian will be the main city in vallian and yes there will be more city's in vallian that are like settlements The first mod I realese will just be the city of vallian then I will add more content to it Iv'e spent 3 hours on just the bridge. It looks good so far but still needs alot of work I will realease it i'm not like other modders who say tbd then never release it.

B14ckM34nD34th I'm a Fallout 3, Fallout new Vegas & tes 4 Oblivion modder. I'm the one that made the mod Vault H.2 Omega demo & updates! I use Blender 2.49 with nif scripts plugins that allow you to import and export nif files but I also like using the newer version of blender to. G.e.c.k (Garden Of Eden Creation Kit) Made by Bethesda softworks. I use this program to make the esp files you all see in my mods and other mods like it used for Bethesda games. My Vault H.2 Omega demo & updates! mod was made using the G.e.c.k and can be found in my downloads panel so check it out! thanks & feel free to share a review so I know if people like it or not. I use Paint_net to make new textures for the games I mod because it allows you to save files in dds format (Direct draw surface) Gimp is also another useful tool for making textures because you can create templates. The downside is you need a dds plugin to save it in dds format. Gimp also has more effects more than paint_net has.
