This game is simply incredible. A work of art, and a bargain at $15. If you like role playing games of any kind, or are a nostalgic dungeon crawler (Dungeon Master, Eye of the Beholder, Lands of Lore, Ishar, are definite influences here). This is the most advanced and well executed example of the genre. The lighting can be downright breathtaking sometimes and everything from character portraits/names to skills and classes are customizable. The kicker is that the development team that created this gem, went hard to work immediately after its release to perfect a VERY powerful editor/toolkit Allowing modders to create entirely new experiences. There are already dozens of mods in development, and a handful released. (You can check out my LoG mod Hotel Hades 2 here on ModDb, or over at the Grimrock Nexus where you will find many more.)Long story short, Unlimited single player experiences, with atmosphere. The Mods will NEVER end!
