I'm no longer going to host a server unless there is a group of people requesting it.
Issues/Reasons I found:
1. It does not seem like one can run the server headless (as in the server can't run without actually "playing"), this will cause some minor performance issues
2. One cannot enter dungeons in Multiplayer
3. Monsters spawn very rarely.
You'll have more fun playing in Single Player. There is PvP in Multiplayer however, but the performance issues might make it cumbersome.
