is there a non .exe way to install this mod its not working

I don't understand what is going on all this does is lag my computer a lot and not do anything when i click the installer and yea I'm also getting warnings

Copied over ra3_1.12.game into the data folder still crashes after like 30 seconds in skirmish

Im literally soo excited for this when i first found Executive Assault 1 i instantly got it and then i started playing it this one seems like really cool

Is there a way you can put all of these into only one download like it would take long but you would not have to download all of the things
