Similar thing happened to me but in the water I sent out my pokemon and it just flew away.

Ummm... Amazing but I just found an amazing Glitch! I call it Party at the lake. By Going in the lake and facing the edge then repeating pressing Tab you get unlimited clones of both pickachu, and charmander.
