I've put the ulauncher file in the main BF2 directory, i've also allowed the connection through firewall and disabled my antivirus. The launcher starts loading (the circle appears), but then it just exits and nothing happens. Do you know what else I can do?

Have you guys thought about making your own launcher like Lost Alpha? You could have all the options, a mod repository, and automatic/manual updates should new patches and fixes release. Thank you for your hard work!

I absolutely cannot wait for this. Guys, this is absolutely amazing! I am so tired of all the washed-out depressing mods out there. Part of the stalker atmosphere for me was always the lush beautiful summer environment, contrasted by its deadly nature and inhabitants, a threat lurking behind every bush.

Will the mod be optimized and the hud support ultrawide?

I am getting a new monitor soon (3440x1440), and am wondering if I'll have any problems with this resolution. Thanks!

The second one was just a suggestion to showcase the possibilities, but I like the first one personally.

I would not agree that LA would not be LA with this mod...IMO it would just be a better LA.

This is something that ruins the immersion for me completely as well.I do believe someone has mentioned in the past that it's a limiatation of the Stalker engine, but I could be wrong.

Also, that m4 charging handle on the right side makes me want to throw up.

The thing about Discord is that people would usually help each other. The thing is that Discord brings (almost) immediate feedback and response. You wouldn't have to do everything yourself. If you or anyone is interested, we could really make a discord for Lost Alpha. This mod has many fans who can't go back to origina STALKER or other mods, because it is so unique.

Thansk for your response. Trust me when I say I've tried absolutely every graphic option and combination thereof. The only thing that used to somewhat work was static lighting, but now that doesn't even work anymore, not even when starting a new game.

It feels like the game is degrading with every launch, pretty annoying after like a 100 hours on this savegame.

If you are one of the devs or even if not, do you know some files I could use to replace mine, which should refresh the settings or the game in some way? If you do please upload them somewhere and provide me a link to download, as I have no idea wtf is going on with my game anymore.

Infinite loading on synchronizing, last version of lost alpha. I downloaded the launcher at least and that works and doesn't crash on loading anymore, so thanks for that.

Got a couple of mods installed, they didn't cause the problem. This happens when trying to play on DX10 and DX11 Dynamic. Even a new game doesn't work.

DX9 works though, but who plays DX9...

24gb ram, i7, 970gtx

Thanks, I tried disabling some mods to see if this is causing the issue but unfortunately not. The entire savegame or game, in general, is corrupted, 50+ hours of progress gone.

Thanks, i have 4GB Vram and 8GB system ram, it could be an update but it was like a week ago. I do admit the game started crashing more and more after these updates, until i finally couldn't run ANY saves anymore. I did not update anything in between these events. I'll see if I can get ahold of the person who made the mod.

A few days ago I think, not sure though, there are like 15 variables of this error with many different items, while loading different saves, so something in-game just...broke randomly?

I made too much progress to start again, can i provide any more information that you guys could use to help me? I'd appreciate it very much!

Everything worked fairly fine without crashing up to this point, and I've changed absolutely nothing, any help would be very appreciated. I've tried noprefetch already, textures in/out of RAM, nothing worked.

Absolutely amazing job, does this by any chance work with any of the following mods:

- Anomaly
- A.R.E.A.
- Lost alpha ( i know its SHOC but still)
