For some reason, almost all elevators are non-existent in this source port. It makes pretty much all maps unplayable without exploiting NoClip quite a bit.

Yeah, I don't understand either. It happened with both the "final release" and the newer beta. I have no idea what's causing it to randomly crash.

I can't get it to stop randomly crashing, after minutes or even seconds. One time, it crashed while I was going through the main menu. Here's the contents of the log, or at least the relevant parts:

Additional Information: My GPU is a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB, hardly prehistoric garbage. 8GB of system RAM, 2.83 GHz Quadcore Processor, Windows 10 Home 64-bit.

It has to do with the nodes, DoomBuilder tells me it failed to build the nodes. I tried removing all the voodoo doll player 1 starts except the one with Map 01 but not only do I still die and am forced to use both god mode and resurrect to get around it but an Archvile is able to randomly attack from nowhere, making me think the nodes are so screwed that monsters can attack through walls.
