Apologies for another question, how demanding will the mod be? Obviously there are a lot of high-polished assets, but are they demanding to a point where it can't be playable?

For example I can play Eagle rising with custom assets with no issue, but if I play any of the Game of Thrones mods they get laggy in battles, so I'm a bit unsure how this one is going to be

Can you leave only the 2 factions on the map without any other native factions?
There are some other great mods out there WIP that have native factions in them and unfortunately that's so immersion breaking for me that I can't play them, and I'm sure there are other players who feel the same way.

So if it's possible we'd like to have only the historical factions around, please

I really like mods that come out of nowhere. For some reason I really appreciate devs that work in the shadows and then boom they deliver something of a great quality.

I am not a fan of advertising a mod and then finishing it after a very long time.

Authorization shouldn't last a couple of days though, it should happen quite fast, couple of hours.

Can we get a wiki for the quests please?

I failed a couple of quests for the Polish and the HRE Emperor and now they tell me " I don't have any work for you". Does this mean the questline is over?

The Crimean, Cossack and Muscovy rulers don't have special quests for me.
Also where is the Ruined fortress?

The mod is great but the lack of information on it is really frustrating

Are you the mod author? And i was obviously referring to the native factions not the roman and german ones smart guy. You enjoy playing as romans vs 11th century medieval factions? Suit yourself

Is there a possibility to remove the other factions from the map, they are pretty immersion breaking.

Is there anything you'd implement to make Western Roman Empire struggling to survive? Maybe less clans than other factions to truly feel that we're fighting for it

I think you should add something in the title like "Fantasy Medieval mod" so all these wannabe historians would shut up already.

Everytime there's a mod everybody acts like moddb is a history book club. Mixing things together is what makes mods,games,stories interesting.

Nobody is obliged to provide historical accuracy in their mods or games, get over it.

I did some testing today, starting as any other ruler goes the same way. Right at the beginning of the reign a message saying " after you lost your court etc". My guess would be that the game considers the fiefs you own as being part of the player supporters faction while the player is part of the faction he chose. I started as one of the lords of the kingdom and everything seemed to work fine.

Hey thanks for the answer. I started as John of Lancaster. As you know I have 4 fiefs. In the beginning it asks me who should i appoint as minister, I chose my wife. Then I noticed that all English fiefs have the green(friendly) colour on them except my fiefs. Suddenly Rouen was attacked by Duchy of Brittany, but their armies don't attack me and I can't intervene in the siege, the town menu is normal.And the Duchy was not an enemy of England. Might be a bug with player supporters fief. I think they recognize those fiefs as being independent. Allies recognize me as the ruler, but enemies don't attack me. Very strange

Hello, the game doesn't recognize me as king. All my cities have a neutral colour on them (not green), I can't find my wife anywhere and enemy factions don't attack me, but they attack my cities.

You could really use this mod to give some of the factions an unique feel. Most of the pictures have armors from different cultures put together to create other factions. I feel these items can definitely improve the immersion Nexusmods.com

Your work is amazing man, so many people wanted a roman mod set in the late antiquity and now we're close to have it ! All i want now would be a 3rd century crisis mod and i can die in peace. Btw would you consider adding the start as lord/king script so we can roleplay Roman emperors? I know working your way up is fun, but after 2k hours in warband i want to skip to the good stuff and roleplay as much as possible, Thank you for your work sir

I m very hyped for this mod ! i ve been waiting for a long time for a late Roman mod and this one looks really good ! May i suggest integrating the Start as a King/Lord script? it would be more suitable for a historical experience, than just being an adventurer.

You can use the TweakMB tool to prevent them from leaving, it's easy to use search it on Taleworlds forum.

The correct term is Basileus, not Baselius. Modern Greeks like Antonis pronounce Beta as "Vita", while in ancient greek it's Beta.

I checked with TweakMB and I noticed the party size is divided by 1, normal parties are divided by 80, so indeed there will be huge party sizes. The issue with that is that after some time it may crash after you spent hours in a single siege.

Ok, I will prove that I am a gentleman and I will refrain myself from insults. First of all you are not his teacher to evaluate him, since you supported the mod for so long and helped with comments you could of at least leave your high standards for a second to help the creator for his work.

I played Awoiaf for a very long time too, many campaign and roleplays, it had its flaws but the pros were overwhelming, and still there wasn't any gamebreaking experience.

I have to remind you, this is not steam, you did not pay 60 bucks to get this game. I'm not bothered by the fact you score a mod an 8, but being a top fan and then simply throwing that review makes me think you are very demanding and a bit hipocritical.

This kind of attitude discourages people to create more content in the future, after you see your top fans being so demanding. And again, you have absolutely no idea how much work goes into a mod, try it yourself, and this guy didnt come up with some OSP and pasted into the game and call it a day, he literally created the world.

It's not only the review, you complained about helmet stats, dude, there are so many tools out there and you can tweak your experience, like Morgh's, OpenBRF, TweakMB.

You know you can change the stats by yourself, right?

Just played it, my rating stands - 10/10

I am incredibly surprised to see bad ratings. Moddb was literally in a coma for 2 years, some good mods here and there but nothing of this scale, I was still playing mods like Anno Domini because it was so hard to find historical total conversions. Now this guy comes here with new items, new scenes, great features and people get triggered because of some crazy ****, man, you have absolutely no idea how much work this requires. I confess i hit the 10 mark review before even playing it just to balance out these bastards
