SUPERHOT

Game review

Neat minigame but you might expect a bit more diversity in gameplay of a title that is 15 bucks. Though it may be worth it if you are looking for one of the most unique shooter games.

Ashes of the Singularity

Game review

Barebone RTS game: Its lack of innovative features and strategic depth does not justify a full price purchase ($50). Very basic infrastructure building and a few unit types provide a repetitive player experience that may be appropriate for a casual gamer who is looking for an RTS minigame.

Ashes tries to attract players with a fancy cinematic trailer but the in-game graphics do not look great at max settings and the performance isn't great either despite "Oxide Games’ groundbreaking Nitrous engine".

Of course there is time for improvement since AOTS is in development but I doubt that there will be significant changes to the game.

Nowadays you can play decent games for free that offer more fun than Ashes, hence my rating 3 out of 10.
