I like video games. I like to play them, I like to write them and, if I can, I like to share them. (I don't pirate, though.) When I was younger, the only two games I had were Croc and Crash Bandicoot for the PS1. Over time, I gained a Game Boy Advance with LoZ, an XBOX with Oddworld and Crash': Wrath of Vortex. As these games burned into my memory, I have an affinity for 2-D RPGs, platformers and old-fashioned 3-D graphics. I'm also newly fond of DOOM, but for the most part because I really enjoy tearing through the engine's internals. It's very interesting. I could write "Hello, World!" programs in 20+ programming languages from memory, write an archiver in 8 without checking docs the whole time (VB.NET, C#, Python, Boo, C, C++, Ruby, Lua), and I wouldn't complain in 3 (C, Lua, Ruby). I like C because its low-level and straight-forward, Lua because it adds some flexibility to my C programs, and Ruby because it is super-dynamic. I also love quantum physics, psychology, and more.
