Beast Boxing Turbo

Game review

This is a fantastic game at an unbelievable price.

This game gives you all of your freedom starting at the beginning, launches your straight into the game with a sock to the jaw, and makes your critically consider your strategy during each match.

which of your attacks hit? Which are missing because your overuse them? How do you counter fast opponents? Block happy opponents? All leading up to one goal... You, the player, become skilled at Beast Boxing. Sure, you could potentially grind forever and have super-powerful punches and block all the damage... but that would take too long. You WANT to start the next chapter.

New game+ mode, infinite(as far as i can tell) stat building with slowly diminishing returns, equipment... This is what the fighting games of the sega generation COULD have been.

Cons- On my computer, BBT slows down due to graphic loads from getting punched when I have too many exterior programs running. This may be due to the game not being windowed and my desktop being set at maximum graphics settings.

-Sometimes the keys are a little clutzy. I can strafe left and press Z, and usually I will throw a jab, but sometimes I will throw a random roundhouse. Throwing a left roundhouse while moving left is a disaster, especially when facing fast, lethal opponents. They're just WAITING for you to try those slow attacks and miss.

-Currently I am #1 on the BBT endless mode circuit. Come on people, you can beat that feathery oaf. Make me work for my blue ribbon.
