Looks really good! This game is going to be AWESOME
And so begins the compition...Eternal Silence 2 or Iron Grip?
will September just explode in a cloud of Mod Awesomeness, or what will happen????
First Eternal Silence, now Iron Grip?
September looks to be a good month for the HL2 Mod community :D
Thunderraiden, you got that right. this mod was awesome, but GC was the best BF1942 mod made.
sorry for the double post, but in response to Snarboo
Honestly, i would rather take things in Episodes, then wait another 6months to a year for them to release the next part of HL2. its been 3 months since ep1 came out, and we already have the next chapter to look forward too. also, episodic content is allowing more advancements with the source engine to be shown. all the little advancements of the source engine would have taken forever to be released if it wasnt for the episodic release. I for one enjoy the way Valve is releasing the next part of HL2, because its fairly quick and shows the development of the engine.
Looks good, keep it up. i loved Blue Shift, and this mod looks seeexxxyy.
COUGHitsreleasedCOUGH
so like, go to the website for some cool news
wow, not bad, i was expecting an actual game, but this was great, its really out of the ordinary!
btw, what engine did you use?
OMG< LEIK YEA, March 4th!!!
except i started playing it 4 weeks ago (Empires TEster ftw!)
i guess the thing that people dont understand about Gmod is, its as much of a sandbox for the developer (garry) as it is a sandbox for users. i could really see garry releasing some of his fixed AI code, or LUA implemention for other mod users to use, and greatly expand the moddablity of the Source Engine
wow, this mod looks good
i remember Empires from BF1942. crashed every 10 min, but those 10 min were Hella Fun! cant wait for you guys to get this one out! im looking forward to it
Dienzen, try working with a team, its so much more fun, soldiers covering builders, as they take apart the base, roketeers pounding the hell out of the other team, scouts rushing in, stealing the flag. its brilliant.
this mod derserves the Golden Spanner.
