It's getting some minor bug patches, but is developmentally dead.

partly finished pieces of the eventual patch that is being worked on. Think of them as mini patches that have a slight chance of making everything worse.
That's because it has been discussed 100000 times already. a simple google search should have answered your question. But to save time, Turn on "load textures on demand" and "force single threading" and lower your settings if you have a mediocre - poor pc
nope.
1.03 is actually slightly more stable, but it's not a big difference.
There are plenty of issues with the races. All non human races used to be women. A couple patrols with that can't see your ears isn't too bad.
garrison it when you don't desperately need it
It is completely normal until you have the patches installed.
just the latest
Someone is a fan of Justified. (justifiably so)
1.141 and up. there have been no compatibility issues since that version, so if a mod says that number or higher you can usually play it on the latest version
kinda, but not really. If you've read the first two books or seen the first two seasons then definitely not
wouldn't it end the north? killing the king and all?
honour is pretty much irrelevant in kingdom management. you actually need right to rule, renown and relations with other kingdoms.
they've been in the game for like 4 builds now
they are supposed to be isolationist. in my game they have both been expanding, but i'm almost at day 500
I can finally play as my native race! (at 6'4" people will stop me on the street just to let me know that i am really tall, and i'm actually rather short in my family)
there seems to be one for demon worshipers in progress judging by the guy in Galwe.
really? i killed 30 demon worshipers less than a minute into the game single handedly. this game is getting to be ridiculously powerful, but the character even more so.
run with Load textures on demand, pixel shaders and force single threading all on to fix 99% of crashes
you can instead recruit from towns in Essos
Maybe a corrupt download? Weirdest bug I've ever heard of
almost certainly not. only patches are save compatible
talesworld site i believe
Use the nightly patch and it should help. i have never heard of that bug before, but it fixes most. this also applies to the guy below this post.
if you read the changelog, the riverlands are no longer a faction, and are part of the north just like in the second book
download latest version, unzip into module folder, change the settings so load textures on demand, pixel shaders and force single threading are on, then enjoy
