I would love to, but the engine this and the upcoming game is running on only supports Windows. But I'm hoping to use something in the future that is multiplatform.

Download and install DirectX9.
It's completely free.
That's an unusual issue. I didn't make the installer program, so I don't know how to help you on that one. It should work just like any other installer.
Have you tried clearing up some space from your hard drive?

Download the d3dx9_31.zip under the "how to install" And read the instructions for where to extract it.
I'm working on an update v1.3(Hopefully the last one), fixing a variety of bugs and other issues. I recommend to wait for it rather than playing the current version, if you want a better experience with the game.
I would love to have both of those features, but sadly neither of them are possible with the engine.
The game crashes occasionally due to the memory issues with the engine. It crashes most commonly after the attic part, because of the next level taking most memory compared to the other ones. However; It always fixes itself after a second time, due to the level being somewhat already loaded in the game files.

Check the Phobia 1.5 game folder.
You are probably missing a .dll file. Just download and install DirectX 9.

The game was uploaded to here by someone else, but I got the page to my ownership now and updated it to my liking.
The game has been updated to version 1.2. Download should be up soon.
I updated the post with an alternative download till the one in this site is working.
I need to ask from the launcher developer if he knows about this problem. You could try clearing up some space from your hard drive and see if that does anything. Also, I recommend downloading the latest version of the game. It should be up soon.
I'm working on an update to fix most of the issues listed in the games page, If not all of them. I would recommend to hold off from this download and wait for the updated version.
Does it give you any kind of error message? Have you tried installing the game on to a different location/drive?
If you get the message "FPSC Game has stopped working", install DirectX 9.
Thanks! I just don't understand why the download ended up here, and not to the game's own profile which isn't even available yet.(new to this site)
