I Agree with Carson_Baxter! Customizable Troops would be very cool.
I know there is Knightly orders that adds custom troops if you start your own one, but I think it would enhance the experience even further if you could customize your normal troops... like for example, this could be implemented by allowing only the "Pendor Troop Tree" To be customized... To keep the rest of the cultures in the game intact.

By the way.. I love the work you guys are doing. Keep it up. POP is one of the best Warband mods out there.
