I had the same problem, if you read the FAQ there is instructions on how to remove certain files in the charctervoices folder so its like the original. Helped me out alot but i played through half the game before figuring this out lol.

Same for me also i'm even at the same place. Thats the only negative thing ive come across the whole game npcs talk in russian but i get no subtitles to any of it besides that Ive put in 100hrs just running around becoming a millionaire and having more fun then ive had in a long long time. Best Mod to an old game ever Ranks up there next to skyrim with its beauty!

Man i tried blowing it with grenade's, grenade launcher's, my kinife, a rpg-7, just about everything i could throw at it to no avail. I guess i can skip the quest and go with the freedom quest or try and do an console command to maybe try and fix-finish the duty wall quest. But i would still like to know if anyone else is having this problem but ive search googled but still can't find a fix. Thanks for your time and patience.

Ok I have a problem when i go to do the quest at the farmhouse outside the freedom base for the duty, after you kill the sniper in the tower. The duty try and blow a hole in freedoms base wall but when they blow the wall it still stands making the quest in play broke, is there any way to fix this or should i just go help freedom out and quest there instead? And if i do help with freedom does it make the duty people around the bar hostile?
