Maybe they feel more comfortable or they just like it. Anyway i have to say it quite impressive what can you do whith that engine :D

As you can see they used the UDK engine, so, i think there is no possible port to linux until UDK arrives on linux.

Try to ask them at their support email. They gave me the key for Blocks That Matter in Desura.
