Help is always welcome but I'm unsure what you could do. Most work is programming and the Eador engine is very difficult to understand even if you're a good programmer.
Language translations, bug testing and gameplay balance testing is what other people generally do to help.
yeah as you say, I tried to open some .pak file directly with VCScommu and my pc just frozen and the another are some 2digits with 8 row code

Use this tool to unpack/pack .pak files: Ufile.io
AFAIK, only Imperium has execution phase?
I try to unpack all file but none no file that's name execution
..interesting maybe this look dxmb but could it in dll form?
