Very nice, for a better realism I would suggest to recheck the real position of some cities/villages of italy, in particular the near-Venice fiefs, they have a really different position. Nice troop trees :)

Nice update... I found a bug assaulting Greywater watch. During the "charge" from the respawning point, the allies form a coloumn, but half of it (the right half) walks with head under the water level, and they die. It's about 40/50% of the army dead by drowning

I don't know if it's intended, but sometimes when fighting enemy parties, in particular outlaws and tribemen, when they engage me I can freely escape because the "leave" option is available, even if they re-engage me because I'm too slow. Not always but quite often. I don't know if it's a bug, if it's intended or a it's a dynamic of the vanilla game.

What's the meaning of the quest "you win or you die"? If someone doesn't know I don't say how you get it but without description I don't see how it could continue... or I need to "discover" how it ends?
I don't know if it's already said, but a lot of crashes or bugs happen imo because the game is run/installed with a not-administrator user. I.E. in my pc, win8, if I play with admin user (admin, not "admin permission check" with password) it's all fine, if I play with a not-admin user I can't even start the campaign, and I got bugs in main menu too.
I got only one bug, It's the well-known "turn ctd", playing with italy. I don't remember the turn number or the year tbh
A bug with the howitzers: while the artillery is bombing the target sometimes (not always) the bug has the same behaviourof the old RW grenades , I mean you get knocked by your artillery targeting something very far. The army grenades work well, finally a mod where the grenades are stronger than firecrackers
Awesome! The only problem is the dark night fight and some lords unable to land from ships, I hope it will be solved! Really a great mod!
