Why do the Germans have M1'S?
Are those graphics unmodified outside of Sins of the Prophets?
We need to spread the word quick!
Why not include all of the Crusader States instead of just labeling them "Crusader States"?
You should add:
The Principality of Antioch
County of Tripoli
County of Edessa
Principality of Armenian Cicilia
This was one of my most anticipated mods... I really hope this gets picked up by someone, hell I would if I knew how to mod and if I had the time.
It's a damn shame this mod is dead, the preview has a lot of really good content and I can tell it would have been a very high quality mod on my favorite time period ... oh well, 1257 will settle for now I guess.
I'd prefer to have some of the scenarios updated so we can have M-16s. Half of them start you and your squad with nothing but M1911s.
Why does it replace the Taxi with one from like the early 40's?
Has the morale been fixed? I noticed it wasn't in the changelog, but I hoped it would be under "various other changes".
Also, How far off are the Spanish from being implemented?
How many more factions do you intend to add? Isn't there a limit within Medieval II? I just wish the city-states didn't have to have rebels as stand-ins, because they're always at war.
Does this use a mod folder? Like, could I set this for vanilla-ready, load up Darthmod, set that for vanilla-ready, and play this again?
Will you guys ever have lighting similar to mods like L'Aigle, North and South, and Anno Domini 1257?
And I know this is a stretch, but would it be possible to make the Zulu spread farther out along the defenses when attacking?
Yeah no, that was impossible with 2 people. And good luck getting more than that.
Oh, I see. I usually only like playing and talking with my friends, but I might give this a shot sometime.
I'd like to play, but I don't really want to join a regiment. There's only like 2-5 people on at one time on regular servers.
People never seem to understand these guys do this for free on their own time.
In the ArmA 2 version of this mod, it says I'm missing the file "uns_tracked" for Poison Ivy. Any ideas?
That makes sense. I wasn't expecting either of those things and I wasn't expecting them soon, I'm just glad to hear they are planned eventually.
Any plans to add Carthage? Maybe some Iberian tribes as well? It would be really cool to see those coastal settlements see some attention. Nevertheless, I'm definitely downloading this right now.
Ignore my past two comments, the error was, as expected, my fault in installation.
I keep getting a black screen when I try to launch a new profile on practically every character.
I'm getting an infinite black screen when I try to launch the Master & Commander storyline.
Scratch that, every profile I try to launch fades into a black screen and stays there permanently.
So all we have to do if we had the previous version was install part one? I did that and I got a runtime error. Any suggestions?
Nevermind, I forgot to uncheck the full install.
Would you ever consider a naval component separate from armies that simply fight in a naval scene? The armies at sea could fight on transport ships and have the same mechanic that is already implemented, and then there would be fleets of several ships that could only patrol the waters and dock at ports. If the Freelancer mod was ever implemented, you could choose to join the army or the navy. There could be ranks and positions such as gunner, gunnery officer, helmsman, captain, etc. Obviously the main hassle would be the naval battles themselves, but I think there is a decent starting point with the naval combat that was in Napoleonic Wars (actually, Viking Conquest might serve as a better base). The ships would need to be refitted with cannons, the AI would have to be modified to actually operate on the ship properly, damage states, sinking, and boarding would need to be implemented (maybe prize taking). I don't know, obviously this is all the dream scenario, but I don't think it's necessarily impossible. You have enough work ahead of you though, so I wish you luck with that, I'll just keep fantasizing about being a sailor in the Napoleonic Wars.
Oh, sorry I didn't realize, but I'm completely new to this mod, and installed it for the first time a few days ago. One fairly particular question: in the Lowlands Tour of Duty scenario, how do I order my men to patch themselves up at the medical tent? There are no visible options for doing so.
