Hi there, MODDB, it's been along time since i posted any blogs here.
I generally feel like moore people read my shit over at Gametrailers.com so if you want regular updates on my map you should go there and subscriby to my blog channel.

Anyhow, currently im working on a 100% custom content level in Unreal 3, i feel like people have been focusing on using Epics meshes a whole lot now, so i'll try shake that up with a fresh level :D

The level is called DM-CoridorsofBlood, or for short just DM-Coridors. Yeah i know it sounds cheezy but thats the point.
Ill now give you the story behind the map.
So i have a friend over at GT developing and awsome classic style FPS, a la quake. So we fooled around a bit and i found out that classic style maps really have a fun and amazing flow and could easily provide alot of fun, without beeing to advanced.

So i wanted to recreate the map i liked most in unreal 3, he game the permissions and here iam. I have totally changed the visual style of the map tho. Its now a desert tomb (kinda) while hes was moore steampunk and cyber related. I dont think i have screens of he's level on my computer at this moment but the textures actually looks simmilar but i have updated them to fit my art style ;).

Anyhow here is some progress shots. The only stage i have left is adding some detail meshes and moore lights.

Modding


So i have been applying for a load of mods lately and i got ahold of the person i was most interested of. So i will begin with doing a testmap this evning, cant wait ;)

So... know im kinda new to this site, and i dont know if people are interested in reading my blogs, but anyway, i got a little blog going on over at gametrailers.com so why not open one here huh?

 Anyhow, if you dont know me, i live in sweden and i go to the final year of Gymnasium, that is kinda instead of collage in america, and you dont have to study after it to get most works out there. But i have finally found a University im gonna goto when i finish school ^^ its gonna be awsome and i think i have what it takes to get in and finish.

 So anyhow the Univerity is called "Powerhouse" and is a KY marked education, this mean that the game companies in sweden have designed this education for people they would live to employ. So what that mean is that when you go from there you allready have a workplace waiting for you in the buisness of gaming industry.

Great news for me ^^ now i dont know if you care of not but this is a huge deal for me and im really excited.

 Anyhow, over to my next point of intrest, Im currently looking for a project to join, im looking for anything that would give me expecrience in moding and hopefully it will give you something to. 

My experiences are: Unreal 3 Engine: Since the release, Unreal engine 2: 1 Year, Source Engine 2 years. The positions im seeking are currently texture artist and level designer, preferrably in the Unreal3 engine since it has the most potential and i feel moore confident there than the Source engine.

Check out the images i have uploaded for worksamples. In time there will be moore up there.

Awsome :P finally after 2 years wait i have finally got my 40gb Ps3, i cant tell you how happy i am.  The games i currently own are Guitar Hero 3 and Unreal 3.
