Hi everyone, we're happy to be here on IndieDB.com. My brother Ben and I grew up in the 80's playing all the classic games from that era, and we always dreamed of making our own game someday. Then, in the early 90's, over the course of about 3 years, Ben sketched out an entire game on printer paper....all the levels, items, bosses...everything....and threw it in a folder with the title "Kingdom of the Dragon" on the cover.

We always imagined how cool it would be if we could make an actual game out of it. We'd break out that folder every once in a while to revisit our dream, but for the most part, it lay dormant for over 2 decades. Until we finally decided to do something about it.

In May, 2016, we began prototyping what would eventually become the game we have today. We've had our shares of ups and downs. Lots of "Hell Yeah!" moments, and even more "Oh Shit" ones. We've certainly faced some setbacks, including having to completely start from scratch in a new engine after about six months of hard work. But we never gave up, and now we're nearing the completion of Kingdom of the Dragon....the game we've imagined for so long.
