JMerc75 made one already but it's still in his post "[Juan's Weapon Delivery Service]" in the STALKER G.A.M.M.A. discord server
That crash is unrelated to my addon but looking around STALKER G.A.M.M.A , There's a similar crash with line 257 that's said to be caused by a mod calling "shuffle_table" with wrong arguments
Some mods that's claimed to cause it are Autocomplete, Companion inventory unlocks, Spawning yellow\green stashes in New levels in GAMMA ( That issue have a fix in the GAMMA Discord server )
If none of them is the issue then I suggest to try to get help from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly related discord servers :l
Good job, though these fixes are integrated into the mod since Feb 12th, 2024 ( Posted here to save some people's time )
According to his "Juan's Weapon Delivery Service" thread in GAMMA's discord server, there was some ID-naming mistakes in the loadout files ( The files that spawn stuff into NPCs ) to Duty, Ecologists, ISG and Loners.
I recommend you to check his thread too because it contains a lotta bunch of guns than it's here but it doesn't contain some moddb guns like the STEYR SCOUT DUAL PACK and other guns.
That will fix the issue but such command is the Texture Detail setting and with that number it get set to the maximum which is not preferred to low end PCs.
If the user still want to use the sights then I recommend mod "[DLTX] BAS 4X3 SCREEN PATCH", Just the textures folder
Actually I got to fix the issue by recompressing the affected sight textures to "BC3 (Linear, DXT5)" through Paint.net , I'm not sure how much the quality is affected but it wouldn't matter much if the user already lowered his "Texture Detail" setting.
I was confused about the issue until I searched through S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Anomaly Discord server and found tetsuo, the iron man comment about pp2000 reanm is causing the issue.
Speaking of that, I will add him in Credits.
Probably the aim_hud_offset ( Aim position ) values aren't correct for your hud_fov or aspect ratio or both...
You can try fixing them by using the weapon hud editor from the debug mode with the Draggable HUD editor
It's because the mod used parent_section on the original gun without adding unique one to his variants so when the variants try to copy from the original gun ( Usually variants made that way ) they will copy parent_section too which overrides all the unique stats they have
Actually I changed my setup of this mod to fix such issue with other ones if you are interested in it but I removed the icon feature

I think you can get some help about that from Anomaly's discord in modding discussions channel.
If the bat file uses the launcher file rather than the game exe try the following.
edit the bat file to use the game exe (Amnesia.exe) as it would fix the problem.

Have you tried to edit the bat file to use (Amnesia.exe) rather than (Launcher.exe)?
Try editing the bat file by clicking right click on it then Click (Edit)
You will find the first word is (Launcher.exe) change it to (Amnesia.exe) then save it and start the bat file.

I recommended to the users removing textures (prop_barbwire 1 - 2 - 3) from prop folder in case of you don't like seeing semi invisible barbwire.
I think what needs to be done about them by making a 512xtexture pack for all static objects (Would be nice to see another 512xtexture pack but for the dynamic objects).
If you mean how to do this,I think going to S.T.A.L.K.E.R.:Anomaly discord server then asking about help in #modding-and-addons would be the solution.

Can you make another low resolution texture mod like this one as well but for the small objects like those static mutant corpses (I mean the ones which are part of level design like the zombie corpse in Great Swamps),those dropped cigars (I remember there are some in cordon) and etc.
