Awesome work! It's crazy it has been 20 years and I've been playing the entire time. I was only 7 when this mod came out - my dad and I used to play it on LAN together all the time.

We have had some trouble with the multi-coloring that we are aware of. Ideally, the Galactic Empire would be able to build the ship at anytime and the Rebel Alliance would only be able to build it sometimes and it would be their modified or stolen versions.

If you could explain more on what's happening, it may help us resolve this issue in future patches.

Would you be able to provide more information on the shield issue? Which ship and when are you pressing the ability (how many shield points does the ship have still when you push it)?

As for including other Era's, probably not directly as a number of other mods have spent a considerable amount of time tackling that. However, future releases of ECM will feature more out-of-era units and playable factions. Those options are being heavily discussed and slowly developed during every release.

It's too bad this mod doesn't have a discord or anything. It's one of my favorite mods and unfortunately I am unable to get it to work with my current setup and Origin. If anyone has a detailed installation guide, I'd love to see it.

Thanks for your feedback. While we are looking into these things the mod is certainly still in development and we are doing what we can do make ECM a unique mod, separate from what others offer. It hasn't been executed perfectly yet, but the idea is that our space battles feel real, not just like massive broadside gun battles where entire fleets are lost.
