Played it and its really good. You can tell that the dev put alot of effort into this. It is also more faithful to the actual Resident Evil 2 that i originally tougjt it was gonna be.

u go in EA GAMES/battlefield 2/mods/xpack(THIS MOD)/and the files in there you will have to replace them with those in the patch. (i suggest to do full backup of the mod before installing the patch because anything can happen)
