I think Kickstarter project lets more people to know about a game more than their site (It was kinda hard to find PHAN Club donation page on site, I think I am blind).
More people knows and gets interested - more money for development and for Source licence.

I donated while back, but I'm not mad or anything as I can clearly see why they decided to start Kickstarter project.

For some reason valkyrie.exe crashing immediately on start-up. It doesn't report any errors, windows just reports it crashing.

Tried open it via login thingy, but it does same thing after entering login details - valkyrie.exe crashes.

People on this boycott doesn't understand that Valve needs money, like any other game company needs money to stay alive.

And i'm pretty sure, that over 50% on that boycott (from 2,500 members to 5,000 members, not counting fake accounts.) will buy L4D 2.

You can see these players crying, whining etc. here and thumbing down comments, what has good point.

Seriously, if you want whine about L4D2, there are forums for it and chat on Steamcommunity.
