On the Citizen, after the CP stuns you and then the game loads, i keep waking up facing the floor unable to move?

Instead of Updating the mod to the latest SDK why dont you just damn, leave it on older SDK so not everyone has to **** around with stupid patches that dont work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
