Ironsights have been removed in 1.2 and replaced with zoom style, because ironsights didn't look too good. The Gluon gun is a WIP so it doesn't have a model yet. You can't even get it playing through the game normally

Good job with the update! Enjoying it so far. There's only one very slight nitpick i have. I liked that in 1.1 the ADS sorta doubled as a secondary fire for the sidearms, so you can aim with RMB. Kinda wish you would bring that back so aiming can be a bit easier, given that currently RMB does nothing for the sidearms.

That was a deliberate decision for more consistency with other guns and because the zoom style sights are mostly preferred

I'd recommend waiting for a dev response for a precise answer to what's up with all the stuff, but basically the version that's released is the lore friendly version. A non-lore friendly version should be coming later this year.

Halfway through HL2 and so far so good. But i really need to point that the shotgun is in desperate need of a buff. It feels incredibly sluggish and not as powerful, to the point where I'd rather use the revolver at close quarters

Number 1 on Moddb and it hasn't even released yet. Seems the delay's only upped the hype. Hope everything gets fixed soon. I cannot ******* waait.

Almost everything is toggleable, including the effects. So unless they went out of their way to remove that specific toggle, you should be able to no problem.

Oh man I've been following this for a while and i'm glad it's finally releasing. Looks absolutely mental. I can already tell I won't be going back to vanilla HL2 in a while

Good stuff! Gravity gun's a bit a wonky though, for instance barrels will sometimes straight explode when grabbed and you can bump into the prop you're holding, making you not walk straight and making you fail some jumps. Other than that I don't have any real gripes, keep up the good work!

This probably isn't possible, but is there a way to mount Xash3d on the regular Steam version of Half-Life? Because I still want Steam to track my gameplay in Half-Life and still get the new features of Xash3d

You can't. Half-Life mods don't work in HL:Source because they use GoldSource not Source. You should have bought the original.
