ik how to install ".rar" files onto a psp, but how do i install a ".exe"?

is there a specific cfw needed to run this? mine is cfw 6.60 pro

and its a win lose thng..... sumtime wen i run it, it freezes and sumtimes it works.... and if u need help with helping me, i run cfw 6.6o pro

it freezes up on me when i enter a map, exit a map and then enter a new one

u extract to psp/game via winrar on a pc
