no wait, I was wrong
it's part of the 1257 Reloaded Submod, which I guarantee you should get

Ann Domini has this already
the final version at least, it's the one I downloaded a month ago
this is already dead to me
you guys didn't even copy the right game, you should have copied the Age of Pirates II game with the Gentlemen of Fortunes mod, and added more content to that
welp, it's been almost a year since the last update
this thing is dead
good thing I'm a pessimist, I'm not dissapointed
it doesn't work that way, buddy
small mods like that takes about a week to make, just vanilla with a bigger map/settlements and more companions? making an extra faction would take longer but I'd just take everything from another mod because I'm not going to post it online and it's just for you
oh, and I could probably just start from my own version of diplomacy which is vanilla with edited troop trees (every tier gets increased stats so there is a clear difference when you're a lvl 1 nobody and a lvl 20) and an extra tier to one unit of every faction
I don't know what the economy mod is, but I can do it with Diplomacy
yeah
go out and hire them like in vanilla Warband
this mod does not have diplomacy apparently, or the amazing auto garrison feature from Anno Domini
have you ever played a Diplomacy mod, or a module with Diplomacy integrated into it?
in those mods, when you start your own kingdom, you can select a culture (what troops your lords recruit into their army)
in Sands of Faith, that has been expanded to change what troops are recruitable from regions owned by factions
so if this mod would use that code, you could say, conquer italy with the UK and recruit British troops there
and like my other comment says, it doesn't even have to be full factions, just recoloured uniforms with the culure being "green uniforms" or "blue uniforms" since every faction uses the same units anyways (they should all have a specialised unit if you ask me, like the Austrians having an extra tier or light infantry, or the Polish another tier of meelee cavalry)
you know, it doesn't even have to be full factions
it can just be recoloured uniforms, and then when you select culture you can set it to green, blue, red, white, yellow, whatever you want, with the ranks in English, no need to put a nation in front
that'd be better, in my opinion, if I can just create my own, costum faction with new uniforms
this mod is great, but there are a few problems with it
1) you don't have any mid-level challenges, it's either bandit parties of 10 or lord parties of 150, I suggest you increase bandit party sizes to 40 to even it out a bit
2) the low amount of recruits, both in villages and taverns, I never liked having to go to 15 villages and get 2 recruits each when I could just go to 2 villages and get 15 men
3) the Culture thing from Diplomacy (Sands of Faith even changes the recruitable units in towns/cities you control), I didn't start my own faction because I never got that far because no mid-level challenge to increase your renown, but if it's in, I hope that you'll create "emergent" factions like say, Scotland, Ireland, Belgium and the like after you finish with 1.0
youtubers playing very early beta doesn't mean anything, all they have now is costum battles, no campaign
woo! forgot to log in!
so yeah
excited for this!
a whole useless island filled with Ash
yeah, real generous
is this mod going to be fun when you update it? because running around on your own to find something that's always in the same place isn't fun
have you seen that Reckoning mod? they can just make a huge city on the map, and then make one part enterable, but that would mean making city battle maps on all the city parts you walk over
I knew this wouldn't amount to anything
people don't want small tweak mods, they want big overhaul mods
so is this mod going to be any more than just "go there, press H, sell it, repeat" or what?
and if you use the bodyguard code from other mods, you could actually take some people with you into settlements
post-apocalypse
not post-nuclear
so no, it's not mean to be Fallout-ish
I like the font
it's new, it's different, it's sexy
it's Gothic man
he's still right, thought, a castellan is the guy who takes care of the castle, not a militairy unit
this... doesn't actually suck
good job
if I have to pick between "continue this" or "work on TVS" I think you should continue this
I'm going to hold you to a month or sooner
don't betray me Antonis9
you can't move armies without a general you know
what they could do is make the existing elven generals level 8 (there's always room for improvement) with command perks and when you make a new army, the general starts at level 1
can I just ask you one little thing? is it possible to either put smoke where the bullet hits like in With Fire & Sword so I can see if I have to aim up or down, and how hard would it be to port this mod to With Fire & Sword?
"Sorry for long lack of presence in my Mods Threads but a very serious heart problem recently occured to me and had no time or desire to go through other things.
Heavy work, personal life and stress apparently gave me a tremendous hit and I was close to be in danger of life.
I will see if and when I will have the possibility to come back and progress in the mod and be active on the Forum."
nevermind, get well soon
the last upload was almost a year ago
is this mod ever getting updated?
doesn't matter
I'm just going to keep playing my own modified 0.3 until you finish 1.0 and modify that one to my liking
great mod
full of bugs and missing textures
I liked 0.3, I really did, but if I wanted to play Brytenwalda I'd play goddamn Brytenwalda
and you still didn't add Gauls, you even put a Germanic clan on Belgae land, you should really fix that
this mod could be great
